Soldier caught on camera degrading man who stole a goat to celebrate Sallah. 
Who is actually  wrong here? Is it the soldier punishing the thief or the thief
who out of selfishness and greed stole from innocent people.
Is celebrating the so-called Sallah a force? Is it right for a soldier to get a
thief stark naked in public, before he even has a day in court?  Should  people
involved in Jungle Justice In Nigeria be punished? Over to you.
