DELTA State Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan has commissioned 50 units of Marcopolo
buses, 100 Toyota Hiace buses and 10 Tata buses to enhance transportation in the
state.
Commissioning the buses in Asaba, he said the aim of investing in the
transportation sector was to reduce the cost of transportation and make Deltans
travel in comfort.
He explained that investment in the transportation sector was part of his human
capital development agenda, adding that the objective was to touch the lives of
people living in the rural areas.
