Results that emerged from Ondo State Governorship election have shown that the
incumbent governor and Labour Party candidate, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko, has defeated
his arch rival, Rotimi Akeredolu of the Action Congress of Nigeria in 
Akeredolu’s ward.
ACN governorship candidate Rotimi Akeredolu was  defeated in his GRA unit 6 Owo.
He scored 139 votes, while Mimiko got 144 votes. Details later.
